At Next Gen Peptide Lab, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the specialized nature of our products, all return and refund requests are subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing a purchase, including product selection, quantity, shipping information, and billing details.

If you discover an error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, defective, or different from what was ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your claim, we may request:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product and packaging
  • Any additional information necessary to evaluate the claim

Upon verification, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Returns

Because many of our products are sensitive, specialized, and may require controlled handling, returns are generally not accepted once an order has been delivered.

Exceptions may be considered only in cases where:

  • The product is confirmed to be defective

Any approved return must receive prior authorization from Next Gen Peptide Lab before being shipped back.

Shipping Issues

Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timelines are subject to the carrier’s operations.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout.

  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs inspections
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us promptly.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution based on carrier findings and applicable shipping insurance coverage.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to be processed after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before processing or shipment.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
